thank GOD i am an unique individual
it would be awful boring if everyone in RECOVERY were the same
however, the difference between and everyone else in the program does not change the fact that i can learn from others, or that in the most basic sense i share striking similiarities in how i act, react, behave, feel and generally process the events in my life
although some days i would love to think that i am so different from the rest that there is nothing i can get from staying around the rooms
i know where this thought comes from and where it will lead --
OUT OF THE ROOMS AND INTO THE STREETS
..maybe not at once, but eventually it would grow to the point where i would believe that i could use socially
and for someone like me that has never been possible -- well maybe it was once a very long time ago.
so i guess i will be an individual and let the program of recovery work for me today.
