∞ i cannot promote the FELLOWSHIP that has provided me a new way to live but ∞

when i put principles into action in my life, i attract newer members, just as i was attracted to recovery.
well as many of you know since i harp on it all the time i was not exactly attracted to this fellowship, i was forced to go to another and used this fellowship as my social life, because i was under the impression that there was no long term recovery here. and if i think about it after that first thirteen mo9nths i was attracted and made the change because only here did i find a global solution to all of what was going on inside and outside of me.
only this fellowship provided the language and the understanding that what i used and the manner in which i used were irrelevant, they were mere symptoms of a problem that affected me physically, spiritually and emotionally. that problem, why the disease of addiction! and the solution? a simple spiritual program that leads to a new way of living.
so the question today is, now that i have a bit of time clean, am i sending the message that attracts new members to try this way of living? had you asked me a week ago, i would have said no way, after all i was way beyond this whole shmear. this morning i will say, i certainly hope so. if i can get
three thousand four hundred and ninety days in a row clean, and a bit of serenity, and some sanity and even a material gift or two so can any addict! i had to use every day, and now that desire has left me. i was miserable, selfish, self-obsessed and self-centered and today i am less of all of those things. i have found a program that keeps the part of me i call my disease in remission, all i have to do is live it to the best of my ability every day. and today that part is easy so far, i have yet to venture out into reality however here i go.... let me see if i can carry my principles into the world around me.

Book 1

1) Not to value and employ men of superior ability is the way to keep
the people from rivalry among themselves; not to prize articles which
are difficult to procure is the way to keep them from becoming thieves;
not to show them what is likely to excite their desires is the way
to keep their minds from disorder.
