through spiritual maintenance is aalwaays a topic that is good for me to consider. ironically as i walking through the neighborhood with my cousin this morning, we spoke of maintianing our physical condition through a daily routine, which he has been lacking in and i am bordering on obsessive about. i get the desire to be diligent from my spiritual practice of the program of recovery i have been given and drrives me to be better to myself than i have ever been before. i could write on this topiic for hours on end, but this morning i have places to go and need to spend time with my extended family, rather than doing anything in isolation. so it is off to the races i go!

☯ The Tao that can be spoken is not the eternal Tao ☯

Translated by James Legge
Book 1
1) When we renounce learning we have no troubles.
The (ready) 'yes,' and (flattering) 'yea;'--
Small is the difference they display.
But mark their issues, good and ill;--
What space the gulf between shall fill? What all men fear is indeed
to be feared; but how wide and without end is the range of questions
(asking to be discussed)!
