i can use the tools of the program to resolve confrontations in my life??
i can walk away from a situation and come back and resolve it when i have a cooler head

how 'bout that!
just these two statements from this morning"s reading allow for an incredible freedom
i am not stuck in old behaviors of resolving coflicts with those people who are part of my life or who i happen to stumble across in the course of my daily affairs
of course, the trick for me is to remember that i have this choice, that these principles are available for me to use at any time
i am not destined to be arrogant SOB forever or even right now
i am grateful that the program provides me the means to resolve conflict without hurting anyone including myelf.
i do not have to be a doormat nor do i have to victimize those that do not see things the way i do.
living the program today reduces the pain, stress and chaos that i cause and accepting (or at least tolerating) the chaos caused be others in the HERE AND NOW and not swallowing or taking on their stuff
What a concept!
