loving act to allow others to love me. i never really considered that as any sort of fact, back in the day. in fact, i believed that i was too broken for anyone to really see me, much less love me. the end result was a loveless marriage and a string of failed relationships which i beliived was my destiny. even before i came out from undfer the shadow of my lie, i was more than certain that i could bve loving and myabe, just maybe, worthy of being loved.
this morning, as i over sat and heard my alternate daily reading in the depths, what kept bubbling up was a sense of wonder on how i made it through to that last FIFTH STEP before i found the ways and means to allow myself to actually be “seen.” now that i get to figure out who i am and where i just might be going, i see that those who love me, love me for who i am and not despite me. as i grow more comfortable in my new skin, i can be sure that i willl feel worthy of being loved, warts and all.
anyway, i have to go deal with the self-entitled at work and get thiis posted to the interwebs. it is a good day to be clean and a good day to allow myself to be seen and to be loved.
