of experience, from those who have gone before me. Some of the time, I dismiss and throw shade on what those who have come before me, have to say, especially when they get into their **teaching** mode. I really do not like being lecture de to about how someone sees this program of recovery and prefer to hear HOW they managed to stay clean through good ties and bad ones. I am sure it is my problem and not theirs, but what it does for me, is that when I share, I ask myself am I teaching, preaching or sharing my experience. When I catch myself moving out of the latter and into the former two, it is time for me to shut the f*ck up and let someone else share.
Sitting here this morning, a bit short on caffeine far from home and getting ready to so some power chilling before the wedding this afternoon. Wondering and wandering around White Sulphur Springs as this day progresses I can be okay knowing that my family and spending some time with them, is what I am all about this weekend. I shared the other day, what a gift that being able to be present for this part of my family. I am not sure what else I need to add this morning, but for right now, I think I will get my 185 steps for this hour and see if there are any local attractions to trip on over to see.
