∞ the lessons of my using are not the teachers i seek for recovery ∞

nor can i see the shape of the secret future, and uncertainty brings worry. so the alternative is to live in the here and now, and this morning, i am working hard to do so. i had a long weekend after a very emotional end to the week, and this morning, things are finally being resolved within me. unpleasant or not, i need to move forward in my recovery and today is the best day to do that. the uncertainty of what my action will bring is enough to cause me fear, and fearing the fear, i hesitate to act.
so it is now and not as it ever shall be, for i feel within me, finally the path i need to take.
so anyhow, i have some tasks to accomplish before heading out this morning and as a result need to cut this short. i had a very relaxing weekend away from the concerns of yesterday and i do not have to deal with tomorrow until it comes, so in this moment TATA and adios for now.

☯ The Tao that can be spoken is not the eternal Tao ☯
by Lao-Tse
Translated by James Legge
Book 1
2) Therefore the sage seeks to satisfy (the craving of) the belly,
and not the (insatiable longing of the) eyes. He puts from him the
latter, and prefers to seek the former.
